Should the Customer fail to fulfil its payment obligations, the Customer shall remain eligible for the credit notes. However, said credit notes may be issued only when the Customer complies with its payment obligations.
In order to benefit from a credit note, the Customer shall make a request thereof by e-mail sent to email@example.com within 30 days as from the end of the year during which VISIOGLOBE failed to meet its commitment of availability. Failing this, the Customer shall be deemed to have waived said credit note.
Only VISIOGLOBE documents and data shall be used to calculate and assess availability times.
The right to use VisioMapCloud is granted to the Customer for a period of 1 (ONE) year.
