In large and complex buildings, which are always more crowded, building management is a major focus for office, commercial and industrial sites managers. The aim is to allow them to have an overview of the operation and automation of a building.
For offices, interactive maps are integrated into mobile applications (iOS and Android) to allow employees to navigate and be oriented in their company and enjoy a highly connected work environment: automation, indoor positioning and navigation, desks and meeting rooms availabilities in real time.
Thanks to the interactive maps, employees will be able, before, and during their presence on the site, to decide on a route according to their needs.
Points of interest such as cafeterias, lifts, offices, meeting rooms are highlighted to facilitate the journey.
In addition, Visioglobe’s Routing technology allows employees to calculate the shortest route to their destination with step by step guidance. The maps also give an overview of the floors and overall visibility of the site.
More broadly, navigation within buildings allows:
The collection of data such as:
Supervision of equipments such as:
heating, ventilation and air conditioning
On the VisioMapEditor software, Visioglobe, or the dedicated operator, positions an ID on the location of the building sensor to receive information such as temperature, or availability of a meeting room …
The information is then retransmitted via VisioWeb or VisioMoveEssential by the manager of the building on its Smartphone, tablet or computer.
The VisioMapEditor, VisioWeb and VisioMoveEssential software allow to update the interactive maps quickly, easily and to publish them in real time:
“This new real-time update solution allows site coordinators to save time. A change of room name, event, or temporary entry … can be modified and published in real time on smartphones” said Eric Bernard CEO of Visioglobe.
Visioglobe cards are already live in SFR building, MyBuilding application of La Société Générale (new headquarters Les Dunes), Orange, KPMG, Schneider Electric, Codic, BETC and many others…
